Responsibilities
⏩Administer and optimise Salesforce systems, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
⏩Manage users, roles, profiles, and security settings within Salesforce.
⏩Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, workflows, and approval processes.
⏩Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support across departments.
⏩Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that align with business goals.
⏩Stay updated on Salesforce releases and features to enhance system functionality.
Skills
✅Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
✅Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and work independently.
✅Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
✅A learner’s mindset with adaptability to new tools and processes.
✅Experience in data management, including importing/exporting data and maintaining data integrity.
✅Familiarity with automation tools like Process Builder or Flow.
