Salesforce Delivery Manager

Our client, a leading international Salesforce Partner, are seeking a Salesforce Delivery Manager within the Netherlands.

At this stage in their growth they are willing to accept applications from both permanent or contract Delivery Managers, as this is a pivotal role in helping the company reach their growth aspirations. As the Salesforce Delivery Manager you'll be responsible for growing the team. You'll has continue to remain client-facing, and be involved in assessing deliverability during presales through to actual delivery of large consulting projects.

It is likely this role will work across 1-2 projects at any one time across across an exciting and innovative portfolio of work.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

-Demonstrable experience in the Salesforce ecosystem likely as a Delivery Manager for a Salesforce Partner
-Broad understanding of Salesforce platform, supporting technologies and solutions
-Natural stakeholder and client management with emotional intelligence; able to handle difficult discussions with confidence and tact
-Passion for self-starting, hybrid roles
-Expert in business use and benefits of Salesforce and CRM systems
-Adept at working remotely, engaging with local and near-shore delivery teams
-Solid project management skills and experience across waterfall, agile and hybrid methodologies

You'll should be an experienced delivery-focused person with a passion for delivery in all its forms. You should be experienced at identifying and overcoming impediments, and pride yourself on your ability to gain trust and respect from others, leading to positive contribution and outcomes.

Salesforce certifications would be highly beneficial.
