We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading Salesforce customer, for a pivotal contract role where you’ll have the chance to build and influence their DevOps journey from the ground up.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities for the Salesforce DevOps Engineer:
- Design, implement, and manage DevOps processes for Salesforce projects.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support development and deployment.
- Collaborate with developers, admins, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
- Drive automation and best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in the deployment process.
- Provide guidance and support on DevOps tools and methodologies.
- Design, implement, and manage DevOps processes for Salesforce projects.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support development and deployment.

- Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Proven ability to design and optimise DevOps processes within Salesforce environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator who can work well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in hybrid teams and adapting to new environments quickly.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and version control systems (e.g., Git).

Experience Requirements

Qualifications
DevOps certification/accreditation (e.g., from Gearset, Copado, or DevOps Launchpad) is desirable.
